Orders that we receive by 11:00 a.m. usually leave our warehouse on the same day (Monday-Friday).
This only applies to goods that are in stock and to all payment methods except bank transfer. With the payment method bank transfer, we wait for the receipt of payment and then send the goods at the next pick-up time.
You will receive a tracking number for your package via email once it has shipped.
